  • MICHAEL EBAUGH, MD, PhD
    Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Michael Ebaugh has been InDxLogic’s CEO since the formation of the company in 2003. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and earned his M.D and Ph.D. from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

  • MATTHEW MORVANT
    Chief Information Officer

    Since 2003, Matthew Morvant has served as the lead software architect and co-inventor of remote automated indexing services in collaboration with Dr. Michael Ebaugh. Matthew has served as the CIO for InDxLogic since the company incorporated in 2005. He graduated from Northwestern State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He has more than 15 years of development experience in health information management.

  • STEVE BRATCHER
    Chief Financial Officer

    Prior to joining InDxLogic in 2009, Steven Bratcher served as the president and CEO of Ag Value, growing the business to more than $21 million in annual sales before the company was sold. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and growth investment. He graduated from Fresno State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

    Chief Administrative Officer

    Kim Bratcher brings more than 20 years of accounting experience to her role at InDxLogic, leading accounting, human resources and payroll. A CPA, she graduated from Fresno State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

  • MICHAEL PENDLETON MBA
    Chief Growth Officer

    Michael Pendleton has spent more than 25 years in healthcare IT and is responsible for leading InDxLogic’s sales, marketing, and customer operations efforts. He graduated from Marquette University with a degree in biomedical engineering and has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.

  • KRIS SHANMUGAM
    Vice President Product Development

    Kris Shanmugam oversees InDxLogic products, systems architecture and corporate software development. He has more than 25 years of experience in IT and software design, most of it with Hewlett Packard. He has a master’s degree in systems management from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Madras University.

  • TAMMY PFEIFER
    Accounting Specialist

    Tammy Pfeifer joined the InDxLogic accounting department in 2015. She oversees client invoicing, accounts payable and receivable and payroll. She graduated from Pasadena City College with an associate degree in accounting.

  • LAUREN SCOTT, RHIA
    HIPAA Privacy Officer, Director of Education and Project Management

    Lauren brings more than 18 years of the healthcare software implementation experience to InDxLogic. She has performed almost every role from project management, to consulting, training and HL7 integrations at GE Healthcare. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from the University of Tennessee.

  • NOREEN HEADLEY
    Director of Training

    Noreen has been a part of the the healthcare field for over 17 years. She has worked almost every position in the clinical office from front desk to management. With over 5 years experience in Systems and Revenue Cycle Management​, she has spent a majority of her time training staff and implementing clinics with new clinical software and workflows, including InDxLogic. Noreen has studied Healthcare Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
    “You cannot categorize training. Each person learns in their own way. It is my job to figure out what works best for my audience at the time, and accommodate to their needs. Everyone is teachable…we just have to figure it out. My goal is to make our product work for your clinic!”
