8+ Years of Software engineering experience in .NET framework using C#

Strong foundation in SQL in general and preferably SQL Server

Experience with multi-layer architecture, architectural patterns and Dependency Injection frameworks, preferably Structure Map

Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills

Director of Support -- FILLED
Full-time | Remote
InDxLogic is seeking an excellent support candidate to join our wonderful team as Director of Support. InDxLogic, a healthcare document management software company, develops document management, automation solutions that improve financial and clinical workflows within health systems and physician practices throughout the United States.
The Director of Software Support is primarily responsible for ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and installing and upgrading InDxLogic software for new and existing customers.
Experience Requirements

BS Degree in an IT-related field of study is preferred. The degree may be substituted for relevant years of experience.

Proven history of positive customer interaction and customer support, a minimum of two years is required. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Clear written and verbal communication is critical to be successful in this role.

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a computer-related field. Healthcare acumen is a plus.

Ability to serve customers with integrity, patience, and courtesy.
-
Experience in SQL queries and exposure to basic Windows System Administration.
-
Experience with HL-7 and FHIR is preferred.

Help Desk experience: 2 years.

Knowledge of working with an electronic medical system (EMR) or a software application that integrates with an EMR is preferred. Multiple EMR experiences would be an added plus.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provides Application Support to our clients.

Installs software for new clients.

Installs and manages software upgrades for existing clients.

Performs migrations and conversions for existing customers.

Follows up with customers to verify resolution of any problems and documents all correspondences for Quality Assurance; then facilitates escalation of the problems with difficult resolution.

Demonstrates the ongoing ability to address issues with customers with confidence and courtesy and works in a team environment to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Collaborates with InDxLogic development team on product enhancements.

Manages support ticketing system.

Ability to lead a support team as InDxLogic grows.
