Software Support Analyst
Exempt Full-time | Remote

InDxLogic is seeking an ambitious, motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to fill an immediate opening for an experienced Software Support Analyst. You’ll be directly interfacing with our clients, so strong and clear communication skills will be critical to getting the job done. This is a new position to support our growth.

Education Requirements
  • BS Degree in an IT related field of study preferred. Degree may be substituted for relevant years of experience.
Experience Requirements
  • Proven history of positive customer interaction and customer support, minimum of two years required. Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication is critical to be successful in this role.
  • Knowledgeable of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a computer related field. Healthcare acumen a plus.
  • Ability to serve customers with integrity, patience, and courtesy;
  • Experience in SQL queries and exposure to basic Windows System Administration are desirable
  • Help Desk experience: 2 years
  • Knowledge of working with an electronic medical system (EMR) or a software application that integrates with an EMR is preferred. Multiple EMR experiences would be an added plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides Application Support to our clients
  • Installs software for new clients.
  • Installs and manages software upgrades for existing clients.
  • Follows up with customers to verify resolution of problem and documents all correspondences for Quality Assurance; facilitates escalation of problem with difficult resolution.
  • Demonstrates the ongoing ability to address issues with customers with confidence and courtesy and works in a team environment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with InDxLogic development team on product enhancements.
