InDxLogic understands the unique document management needs of healthcare organizations. We know the importance of the timely and accurate delivery of electronic healthcare records and the complications it can cause when it doesn’t happen.
InDxLogic started as a personal solution to a business need. In 1998, physician and InDxLogic founder Michael Ebaugh, MD PhD, began transitioning a recently acquired medical practice to the use of an electronic medical record system. During this process, it quickly became apparent that the industry goal of a paperless medical record was far from reality. Medical practices were still full of paper, and that had a direct effect on the business. File clerks who were supposed to be replaced by new digital technologies instead became data entry clerks. This affected patient and provider experiences as the time and cost to access data within documents increased.
In response, the technology that drives InDxLogic’s indexing capabilities was developed and a team of clinicians and health information management specialists who understand the importance of timely and accurate delivery of healthcare information was formed.
InDxLogic electronic medical records company’s success, though, comes from our relationships with our customers and listening to their needs. That makes them partners who have not only been key to our success but also critical in improving our solution.
InDxLogic completes its SOC2 examination with the guidance of third-party audit firm @A-LIGN! This globally recognized attestation validates our commitment to critical security standards to protect and secure client data.
“We appreciate the updates that are still coming from the programmers and the efficiencies being worked on to make the product an even better fit for our needs. I call that good customer service.”
